Complaints about incorrect delivery must be reported immediately (within 3 working days of receipt of the goods) by email (copy of invoice with number required)
Defects in products must also be reported immediately within 3 working days (if possible with a photo of the defective product) by email
Returns (e.g. incorrect size ordered) must be reported immediately by email.
Returns Goods that are returned without our written consent will neither be exchanged nor refunded.
All our items are official merchandise and include all royalties. (No pirated products)
We reserve the right to deduct a 10% fee for returned goods. Postage fees are also non-refundable.
