Delivery Switzerland:

Free delivery by post or DPD for orders over CHF 89.-

Delivery outside Switzerland:

For deliveries abroad, we charge postage costs according to the Swiss postal tariff (additional costs incurred at the border by customs authorities, such as VAT, customs duties or other fees, are borne by the buyer)

VAT

VAT is included in the prices (a VAT refund for foreign customers is not possible)
All items only while stocks last.
Price changes are possible at any time.

Payment options:

only by credit card, Twint or prepayment via e-banking
The products will only be delivered after the full purchase price has been credited.

Complaints, defects and returns

Complaints about incorrect delivery must be reported immediately (within 3 working days of receipt of the goods) by email (copy of invoice with number required)

Defects in products must also be reported immediately within 3 working days (if possible with a photo of the defective product) by email
Returns (e.g. incorrect size ordered) must be reported immediately by email.

Returns Goods that are returned without our written consent will neither be exchanged nor refunded.

Product guarantee:

All our items are official merchandise and include all royalties. (No pirated products)

We reserve the right to deduct a 10% fee for returned goods. Postage fees are also non-refundable.
